Jennifer is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, but has relocated to New Orleans to establish a career in dental hygiene and help rebuild New Orleans. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans where she graduated cum laude. She is also certified in the administration of local anesthesia. Jennifer is a member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and the Louisiana Dental Hygienists' Association. She is dedicated to providing patients with the personalized and compassionate care needed for patients to achieve optimum oral health. |

Diana greets and checks in all of our patients. Also handles all communication inside and out of the office. Diana will kindly explain all the in’s and out’s of your dental insurance, to help you maximize your dental benefits each calendar year. Diana is fluent in both English and Spanish and love’s giving back to the community by participating and volunteering in many Hispanic events in New Orleans.

Certified Dental Assistant/ Clinical
Department
Marie oversees our clinic area, maintains close relationships with
a diversity of dental / medical reps to assure we stay up to date
with research and technology. Marie is also our Medicaid Coordinator
as well as our main link to our wonderful New Orleans Musicians through
the New Orleans Musicians Clinic.Marie is currently attending summer
school and is looking forward to attend dental hygiene school.

| Xuan (Swan) |
Orthodontic Clinician
Xuan currently attents Loyola University in New Orleans with a major
in Biology, Focusing in Pre-Dental studies. Dr. Velasco allowed Xuan
to work as an intern for a month and a half; shadowing her and most
importantly learning from all the knowledge she has gained from her
success in the dentistry field. Xuan is now a Clinician at Dr. Velasco's
office and is hoping to see herself in Dr. Velasco's shoes; very intelligent
and with a passion for making people happier by perfecting their smile. |

Dental Assistant
Marisa is currently a student at Delgado Community college in New
Orleans; and plans on persuing a carrer in Nursing or Dental Hygiene.
She is a certified dental assistant and completed her expanded Duty
Certification in 2009. Marisa assists Dr. Velasco with general dentistry
patients as well as orthodontic patients. |

Dental Assistant
Janeth is a certified dental assistant that graduated from Eastern Community College in New Orleans- Louisiana in 2009. She is bilingual English / Spanish and is trained to assist Dr. Velasco in a variety of dental procedures. She is continuing her education in dentistry focusing on Dental Hygiene. |
