Dr. Velasco and her staff are fabulous. The
day I called in for an appointment the receptionist (Ms. Martha)
was pleased to gain a new patient and was very nice and knowledgeable
on all questions that I asked. When I went to my first appointment
I received greetings with a smile from all of the staff and received
a tour of the building. I thought that I would end up spending
a lot of money but her prices are really affordable and she offers
payment arrangements. I came to Dr. Velasco with braces. Most
dentists do not like dealing with other dentist work because all
are trained differently and therefore do things differently; Dr.
Velasco accepted me with open arms. She informed me of all procedures
and answered all questions thoroughly. Dr. Velasco did not change
the date that my prior dentist had given me for the removal of
my braces; they were removed on time. When my braces were removed
I got the best cleaning. Dr. Velasco is excellent with orthodontic
treatment and general dentistry. She gave me a brighter, healthier,
and happier smile. Dr. Velasco and staff thanks for all that you
do! ?

I was referred to Dr.Velasco’s
practice by my insurance company. I had no idea that it was
such a peaceful, family oriented environment. I thought I was
having a routine check-up. Well, to my surprise, I met Martha
and all of Dr.V’s wonderful staff. Dr.V’s is such
a sweet caring person who understands about life challenges,
and she always gets the job done. "She has giving me hope;
every time I smile, it's such a beautiful smile". The service
is always excellent; I referred my daughter to the office for
general and orthodontic treatment. I'm also a general and orthodontic
patient. It is obvious that she has achieved a lot in her profession
just from looking around her office. I can't thank you enough
Dr.V for being WONDERFUL!!!! I have found my lifetime dentist.

In 2005, I attended Dr. Dongieux’s office
for the first-time as a new patient I was very nervous. Dr.
Dongieux and I spoke briefly, then he refer me to Dr. Francesca
Velasco at this time she doing her internship at his office.
When she entered the room I could feel a renewed sense of energy
and vitality. I told her she you look only 15 years of age,
she reply “thank you for the complement”. She was
very petite in size with a pleasant smile. Her greeting was
overwhelming she showed must concern, patience, and was very
polite; she made me feel safe as a patient. It was at that time
I trusted her. I wasn't afraid anymore. After this visit with
her I requested to see only her. Together we grew closer as
friends.
Soon, the time came for Dr. Francesca Velasco to receive certificate
with the State Board to become the great Dentist that we know
she is. Dr. Francesca Velasco ask me could I attend the State
Examination Board as her patient I was very proud that she chose
me, I told her it would be an honor; it was an opportunity I
had to say thank you for that first day at Dr. Dongieux’s
office.
Dr. Francesca Velasco received her License from the State Board
Examination, and now she has her own dental practice located
on the Westbank. I'm very glad that I was able to be apart of
it all. Now the world has one more great dentist.
Dr. Francesca Velasco, has always showed dedication, been caring,
loving, compassionate, and concern for all her patients. We're
not just her patients, we're more like family. She had also
instored these great quality in her staff.

Finding a new dentist is always a chore.
Finding a good one in my plan is also a chore. In my search
for a new dentist I found Dr.V. I was surprised that I didn't
have to wait forever for an appointment. My first visit was
very pleasant and all of the employees were very professional.
This experience lead me to inquire about their orthodontic services
for my son. Now Dr.V handles both general dentistry and orthodontics
to my whole family.
P.S.
Did I mention that I'm a big baby and HATE the dentist, but
not Dr.V.

The moment I called to schedule my appt, I knew
I've found my dentist. The staff’s professionalism and sterile
cleanliness of the office was an instant appeal. Throughout my
treatments Dr. V and her staff have been gentle, kind, and most
definitely understanding towards my treatments & financial
obligations.
In my profession, a beautiful smile is very essential to my job.
Honestly, I believe Martha, Ms. Drake, and Liz are smile coaches,
it's never a dull moment when I'm there. They are hilarious and
I consider an asset that makes up the team!
When someone stops me and ask "Who's does your orthodontic
treatment ?" with my gorgeous face & smile(lol) I proudly
say...DR. VELASCO and here's HER #! Dr. V, I feel more confident
now and it's truly because of you and your outstanding staff that
I smile much more than ever.

know people that are scared not actual chickens)

My journey began with Dr. Velasco in April 2007;
I hadn't been to a dentist in three years; I was scared and afraid
and I was 39 at the time.
I went in letting them know I was scared to death; I guess you
could say I was a baby; just to hear the drills and see the equipment
is very frightening to me.
Dr. Velasco, staff and dental assistants were very friendly, very
understanding and made me feel comfortable. They let me know what
they were getting ready to do before hand; if I had any questions,
before and after they took the time to answer.
If you are use to one dental assistant you can request her each
time if that makes you feel comfortable; if she's not there then
another one is used; they will allow them to know to have patience
with this patient.
It's a family unit; I would recommend anyone and everyone to come
to this facility.
She's the best dentist I ever had and till this day I continue
to use her and will continue to use her for a lifetime.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! GUARANTEED!!!!!!
